Convertica provides online PDF tools and services, including but not limited to:
- PDF conversion (PDF to Word, Word to PDF, PDF to JPG, JPG to PDF, PDF to Excel)
- PDF editing (rotate, crop, add watermark, add page numbers)
- PDF organization (merge, split, extract, remove pages, organize, compress)
- PDF security (protect with password, unlock PDF)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload files that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use automated systems or scripts to access our Services excessively
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
File Upload and Processing
File Size and Format Limitations
You are responsible for ensuring that files you upload comply with our file size and format requirements. We reserve the right to reject or limit the processing of files that exceed our size limits or are in unsupported formats.
File Storage and Deletion
Files uploaded to our Services are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not store your files permanently. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.
Processing Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate conversions and processing, we cannot guarantee that all files will be processed correctly or that the output will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of processed files.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Convertica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested Services. We do not claim ownership of your files.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertica and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or files

- Errors or inaccuracies in processed files
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Convertica and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Files you upload or content you provide
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Governing Law
